File Ownership and Rights
Once your Client purchase is complete, the Client is the sole owner of the final selected design delivered by V&B Graphic Design.
V&B owns the exclusive right to display, promote, share, and utilize the designs purchased by the Client for our design portfolio.
We will not use the identifiable marks of design work such as specific color scheme, text, and imagery as brand pieces for any other client(s).
Design Content
V&B does not create designs to include profanity, sexually suggestive items, or professionally questionable items. V&B does not discriminate against businesses whose leadership are of different religious, political, or sexual dispositions or preferences, however V&B does reserve the right to deny projects that would make us a "supporter" of a movement that might bring us unwanted attention.
File Submissions from Clients
Text message content delivery is not accepted. V&B asks that the Client submits files in a transferrable method digitally, through email.
Folder sharing platforms such as Dropbox or Google Docs may be used.
File Approval and Revision
V&B will complete work to the best of its abilities as a graphic design & branding media firm. Should there be any errors on our part we will complete the correction(s) at no charge. Additional changes, additions, and deletions, above the revision count initially stated, will be billed as a separate charge. V&B views the design process as one to be regarded as permanent, thus making it important to be clear up front which elements and pieces are to be included or excluded. Communication via e-mail or text form are welcome for the detailed information exchange, and phone calls are encouraged for purposes of design explanation.
File Delivery
V&B will deliver design concepts via e-mail for approval and revision. Final files are sent via e-mail as well.
Final file(s) are sent after FULL payment for services have been received.
Any final file(s) that exceeds 20MB will be delivered via third party e-mail platforms that may include but are not limited to Dropbox.com, Google Drive, etc.
Please note that the third party platforms will require the Client to download the files, and will typically need to be supported by a personal computer. For print and digital designs, all final files will be submitted in JPEG, PNG and/or PDF versions depending on the output need.
V&B Graphic Design DOES NOT send the original design files, as they are proprietary business items.
Payments
All down payments and invoices are DUE UPON RECEIPT. Payment terms are listed on the Client invoice. No refunds are offered.
Print Work
V&B Graphic Design is not a printer. We happily assist each Client with design projects needing printed and/or print options for a $10 print fee.
